Using Sotto Studio

These terms cover the sottostudio.media website and the Sotto Studio software (the back office, Sotto Hub, Sotto Carve and Sotto Pass). Companies use the software under their own agreement with Sotto Studio; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Your account

Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Fair use

Don't use Sotto Studio to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, or to try to get around its security or reach data that isn't yours.

Your content

Companies and their clients own the photos, videos, orders and other content they put into Sotto Studio. You let us host, process and send that content only as needed to provide the service you use.

Other services

Services a company connects, such as Google, Dropbox, QuickBooks and Stripe, are provided by those companies under their own terms.

Availability

We work to keep Sotto Studio running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, the website and software are provided as they are, and our liability is limited to what the law permits.
